When Louisville Tile opened the branch in Knoxville we decided that rather than becoming competition to the already established flooring dealers that we would build a relationship with them and become their ally. We wanted to improve the dealer market by supplying them with awesome products and stellar service. One could look at our design center as an extension of our dealer’s showrooms, providing their clients with a broader selection of boutique items and expert design services. Because of this relationship, once selections are made in our design center the pricing of the material and the purchase must take place through a designated dealer.
