At the bottom of our Main/Dashboard, Information Request – Contact Us page (linked here) is a listing of our showrooms / locations.  Click on any of those locations to get the phone number of our Showroom or ProShop, our address, our business hours, maps/directions to our locations and a link to schedule a showroom consultation.

Yes!  You or your clients can schedule a complimentary appointment for personalized attention with our design consultants via our web-site.  They can help create the perfect space for your client, whether it is from our collection of on-trend stock tile or luxury and custom tile, including accessory pieces, to create a creative and polished space. 

Delivery times may vary based on product availability and location. Please contact your nearest showroom or ProShop for specific information.​  However, stock domestic tile is generally available within 2 weeks.

Proper maintenance depends on the tile type and application. Please reach out to our Showroom and ProShop teams for specific care instructions tailored to your selection.

Yes, we have branches in multiple states and can arrange shipping to various locations.  For best results, contact your ProShop team to share the details of your request and get an estimate for delivery.  The ProShop team can also assist with order tracking inquiries.

For large volume orders or expedited orders, we may be able to work with our vendors for direct shipping.  For all direct ship requests, please contact your local branch or sales representative. Please note freight charges will apply on all direct ship orders. Decor 24 is not able to process direct shipments.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing expedited deliveries. Tracking information will be available after shipment is processed by calling your local branch.

Standard shipping (of in-stock items):  Please allow 6-8 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will take 24-36 hours to process and ship.

Next Day Shipping:  Orders (of in-stock items) placed before 12:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Your package will arrive the next business day, from the date your package was shipped. 

P.O. Boxes:  Orders using standard shipping can be shipped to P.O. Boxes via FedEx Smartpost. Expedited shipping and packages over 9lbs cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping to a different address:  You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address. The billing address must match the address on file with the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Please note that we use UPS for small packages unless specifically noted otherwise.

When an item is not in our current inventory, Decor 24 will assign a backorder date to the item. At first, you will see a generic backorder date stating 3/03/2033.  Once our purchasing dept. has processed your order from the vendor/manufacturer, they will update the backorder date with an availability date from the vendor/manufacturer. This new date represents the date it will ship to LTD. Please allow ample shipping time for the product to reach your branch location for processing.

At Louisville Tile, we are committed to providing high-quality products, exceptional value, and transparent pricing.  The 4% Distribution and Processing Fee, effective April 14, 2025 on all orders, consolidates various manufacturer and vendor imposed charges—including
packing fees, storage fees, pallet costs, energy surcharges—into a single, consistent rate. These costs fluctuate significantly and are difficult to incorporate into product pricing. By streamlining them into one predictable fee, we can provide more transparency and stability in your pricing.  We believe this change will make it easier for you to plan and budget, with fewer unexpected charges on your orders.
