The most important benefit is that you will still have the same relationships you have had in the past. The AOM team that you have grown to know over the years is still here and ready to help you. The big difference is that they now have more teammates to support you, have much more inventory, many more product lines and choices for you, and will soon be joined by design specialists in our showrooms to assist you with any of the projects you are working on.
In addition to a larger offering, we are also dedicated to making sure you can get the material you need when you need it. Our large footprint and position in the industry allow us to keep a deep and consistent inventory, making getting the product you need easier and more reliable than ever.
How will this impact or change my relationship?
There will be no noticeable change to your relationship. We may ask you to update your credit application in order to see if the amount of credit you are currently using is adequate for your needs. You will meet new team members that will be here to help service your account and you will also experience a tremendous amount of new options available to you in our inventory which you will find to be much more extensive and full than you may be accustomed to. Finally you will notice a new name when the phone is answered and new email addresses. All AOM emails and phone numbers will remain the same and have not changed.
Who will service my account now?

You will begin to see the AOM team, enhanced and supplemented by new people, and a very deep and resourceful corporation that can provide multiple levels of assistance. Who Can I Talk To?
You can always talk to your account representative or the branch Customer Service Representatives. In the event that for some reason you cannot get your answers quickly at the branch we now have a Branch Team Support system in place that gives you more coverage for the answers that you seek. In addition to product or order questions Louisville Tile provides technical training support for contractors and our independent dealer network. Please ask us about all these additional services now available to you.
