The Louisville Tile Nashville branch is pleased to announce that Patti Smith-Connelly is now Regional Sales Manager and Dale Womack is named Customer Service/Operations Manager.

As Regional Sales Manager, Patti is now responsible for all outside sales for the Nashville branch, a natural extension of her experience and success with A&D market.

In his important new role, Dale oversees the Nashville branch’s inside sales and the branch’s operations, leading our team to ever-increasing excellence in customer service.

Congratulations to Don Kincaid on his recent promotion to the newly-created position of National Sales Manager for Louisville Tile. Don, who's been with our company since 1983, most recently served as Manager of Dealer Sales.

In this new role, Don is leading all sales of tile and related products for the company and will supervise consolidated account/customer service functions.

Congratulations to our Certified Ceramic Tile Salespeople: Adam Beck, Don Kincaid, Scott Stertmeyer, Doug Moschell, Steve Humphrey & Scott Mindling!

Adam, Don, Scott S., Doug, Steve and Scott M. all successfully completed the Certified Ceramic Tile Salesperson examination, an official recognition program of the Ceramic Tile Distributors Association.

To pass this exam, individuals must demonstrate the "highest professional standards, knowledge and critical skills necessary to provide effective service and solutions in the workplace."

Louisville Tile was recently recognized by manufacturer Crossville PorcelainStone as a 20-year distributor partner. The honor also denotes that LT is an original Crossville customer. The acknowledgement was made at a recent distributor meeting in Nashville.

Congratulations to Jeff McCammack and the team of McCammack Tile of Indianapolis. The company was recently honored with the Award of Merit as part of the TileLetter Awards for outstanding craftsmanship on its Stephen Decator Elementary School tile installation project.
